Automated Identification Systems are becoming the standard for
Vehicular Access Control applications since they reduce all
the hassles on the part of the user. Often a small, individually
coded tag is mounted on the windshield of a vehicle, and is
read automatically by a reader located in the controlled area.
Use of Auto-ID increases traffic flow, adds security and safety,
and improves control since vehicles can be monitored at entry
and exit points without any delays. |
